About The Lifesavers
A to-scale baby humpback whale sits on a William Morris pattern called seaweed.
Whales fertilise the ocean rainforest. Their movement and nutrient cycles help sustain phytoplankton, the tiny plants that produce much of the oxygen on our planet.
Two lifebuoys hang from the whale’s tail, connecting two kinds of protection: those saving lives at sea, and those quietly keeping the ocean alive.
